We take pride in our company and we want you to be happy. Unfortunately, there are no refunds on custom-made items. It is very important that you inspect your custom request once a mock-up of your item is received before it goes into production. You will have 24hrs to correct any mistakes before it goes into production.
Non customize items we do not issue refunds only exchanges for store credit. You have 14 days from confirmation of receipt to begin the store credit or exchange process. If by chance your original item is not available we will be happy to exchange it for another item equally to your original purchase.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a store credit or exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
